Antioxidants are essential to
our health and the prevention of many diseases. It is
important that we consume a sufficient amount daily through
the foods we eat; however, if unable to obtain the necessary
amount through good wholesome foods, supplementation can be

protect cells from damaging molecules such as free radicals
and the affects they have on the human body. They work as a protection on
the cells and blood vessels in the body to eliminate the
intrusion of harmful substances.

cancer and free radical prevention.
